Tell us more about your impressions when you learned about coaching
Yegor: When I found out that L’Oréal Academy wanted to open a hairdressing academy and was looking for teachers, I immediately applied for the position. Then I had an interview, which lasted almost over an hour. There, I told them about myself, my ideas, my vision and program for the hairdressing course, and waited for a response. And when I found out that I was going to be the head coach of L’Oréal Рro Academy, my first reaction was: “Well, it’s finally happened! This is what I’ve wanted for so many years!”

Olya: Of course, it’s a great pleasure to become a coach for an international brand that I have loved and respected for over 10 years. I realized that sharing my experience was an integral part of my journey, even for my own development. It’s important, so I was excited, but I also realize that it’s a big part of my time.

How will the coaching go: what are your responsibilities, what has already happened and what is planned?
Yegor: Everything is actually going really well! I’ve been given a great opportunity to prove myself, and I’ve already made a course program for beginners. So far, we have shot several videos and had a photo shoot with the coaches.
This program will also be interesting for nail technicians who are just starting to enter this wonderful profession and who still have little experience, as the program takes only a few days a week.

Training program in the direction of Egor: haircuts
Olya: First and foremost, I will receive and test the latest innovations of the international brand, and secondly, I will help Lyudmila Romanovskaya in her practice. She’s the one who has all the theory.

Training program in the field of Oli: coloring
Are there any meanings and ideas that you personally want to pass on to others?
Yegor: Yes, of course, I have a lot of ideas! It’s interesting that haircutting techniques and the approach to appearance modeling have changed over time, and so you need to take all this into account and pass on your knowledge to your students.
Olya: Of course, I want to pass on all my experience practically and theoretically, so that the next generations start with more knowledge and develop it. A lot also depends on the person who wants to use it (or not).
